Research on Raw Material Ordering and Transportation Model Based on Multi-objective Programming and ARIMA

This paper studies the decision-making problem of raw material ordering and transportation in production enterprises, establishes optimal procurement scheme for enterprises under different conditions based on genetic algorithm multi-objective programming. Firstly, five factors affecting company's are summarized; Secondly, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to determine weight each impact evaluation factor, then comprehensive effect measure matrix obtained by combining with grey target decision model rank 402 50 most important suppliers were selected.In order better reflect materials required enterprise's production, mean square deviation output past years approximate its next 24 weeks. The optimization combination convergence criteria obtain that at least 30 5 transporters should be selected; sensitivity analysis stability test carried out.
